1. The seller

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping, billing and contact information you supply, and for keeping any account credentials confidential.
3. Products, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor variations in colour, packaging or supplier branding may occur.
Stock is limited and prices may change without notice. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and either cancel and refund the order in full or offer an alternative.
4. Orders and acceptance

Shipping timelines, carriers and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates; risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.

9. Warranties and liability
Products are supplied with any manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Except where prohibited by law, the site and its content are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. We may update them from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
